Toyota Kenya Limited (TKEN) supports diverse corporate social activities through Toyota Kenya Foundation Registered Trustees (TKFRT) which is a Non-Profit Organization that invests in communities through four pillars namely, education, environment, safety and health and has been in operation for over 20 years. Toyota service technician for the 21st century

Toyota Service Technician for the 21st Century (TST21 B&P) is a training conducted by Toyota Kenya limited through Toyota Kenya Foundation with the aim of developing skills of youth in the latest automobile repair technology. The main aim of this program training is to up-skill the 'Jua Kali' Apprentice to be able to repair damaged vehicles by use of modern Toyota technology while creating an entrepreneurial mindset.

Toyota Entrepreneurship Program

Entrepreneurship is a key driver of our economy. Wealth and a high majority of jobs are created by small businesses that grow to big corporations are started by entrepreneurial minded individuals. It is with this in mind that The Toyota Kenya Foundation through the Toyota Kenya Academy was developed: to prepare youth and adults to succeed in an entrepreneurial economy.I wish that I could choose more than one reason for my 5-star rating! Toyota "Kaizen" Program

Kaizen “Continuous improvement” concept originates from Toyota in Japan when Toyota implemented quality control circles leading to the development of Toyota’s unique “Toyota Production System (TPS) in 1950s. he Japanese way of bottom up improvement has been adopted and practiced in the world since 1980s as “Kaizen”. Kaizen is a hallmark of TPS. Kaizen brings incremental positive changes to quality of your service and products, technology, processes, company culture, productivity, safety and leadership.
